Did you know that there is new Ontario legislation affecting the staffing rules for independent contractors?
In the session, we will be discussing the issues facing the independent market contractor in Ontario including the new employment standards act changes (bill 88) and how that impacts the placement of independent contractors.
We will also be discussing CRA latest initiatives to target the independent contracting community by challenging their status as a personal service corporation.
