So, again, all of those skills do require great interpersonal skills that require great time management. They require all the soft skills like presentation skills. So those are the kinds of skills that if you as an independent contractor are looking to up your game and go to the next level that you really need to invest in. As Jim mentioned in his presentation, without these soft skills, you’re really going to be left behind.
