When I worked for Andersen Consulting, one of the big things as a global consulting company they used to espouse and buy into was experience needs to be real. So if you if you did the same job for the last five years, do you have five years experience or do you have one year’s experience five times? So what a certification does for you is it it demonstrates that, you know the stuff, it demonstrates that you understand it. So you may well have been working in cloud for five years, but did you do anything with Server-less Cloud? Did you do anything with the latest technology? But if you’ve got the certifications you can talk about what you know about that.
