How is the IT Contracting Market for New Immigrants?

In today’s work environment, diversity and inclusion are really a hot button topic for clients, and I think today more and more companies are open to figuring out ways to identify and work with individuals to give them meaningful work opportunities. And so I just think today’s climate, there’s an opportunity now whether you might not have that first Canadian experience. I think companies are going to be a lot more open to that.
